Add ePDQ_custom_order_id support to auto status check facility

With multiple sites using the same ePDQ account, using ePDQcustomorderid is necessary to differentiate the orders on ePDQ. The auto status check currently does not work with ePDQcustomorderid, it simply uses the bare order id from the order so it always fails. Adding ePDQcustomorder_id support to the auto status check facility would fix this and make it usable in this scenario.
