Support upcoming WooCommerce HPOS data tables

As of v8 WooCommerce will install as a default HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage). As this is a major change, extension developers will be required to make some changes to their plugins to take advantage of the HPOS as well as to prevent issues in future updates WooCommerce
